If you no longer wish to receive email or other communications from us, you can select the unsubscribe provision in our communications. Unsubscribing will stop you from receiving most types of communication, but it may not apply to emails about orders or transactions you place through the Services or to respond to your specific requests. We will honor your request to unsubscribe within ten (10) days. Due to production schedules, you may receive communications already in production.
7. Disabling Collection Tools.
The Help feature on most browsers will tell you how to disable some collection tools. The information you can view, update, and delete may change as the Services change. Onto may keep information and content in our backup files and archives. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@ontonyc.com.
9. How we Protect Personal Information.
We or our third-party providers use a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to help protect your information. All credit card information you supply is transmitted via secure servers and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, we follow all Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Such requirements are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
However, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
10. No Guarantee.
Although we do our best to protect your privacy, like other companies, Onto cannot guarantee 100% the security or confidentiality of the information you provide to us.
11. International Users.
Our digital operations are conducted, in whole or in part, in the United States. Regardless of where you live, you consent to have your personal data transferred, processed and stored in the United States, and allow Onto to use and collect your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
12. California Residents.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits residents of the State of California to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please email us at info@ontonyc.com or write us at: Corner Design Studio, Inc., Attn: Legal - California Privacy Compliance, 374 Hooper Street, #2, Brooklyn, NY 11211.

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and who can form legally binding contracts with us to use the Services.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy.
